New Vendors We have First Come-First Serve rule. Be here before 6 A.M.. We open the gate across the EXXON-Gas-Station at 5:30 A.M.. Please follow the LINE UP signs. At 6:15 A.M. our attendants will park you. You don´t have to pay at this time. First set up and get ready for your customers. If you wish to sell food or beverages of any kind you must optain prior approval by the Flea Market Manager. Additionally for selling home made food you need the proper license from the Pennsylvania Department or Agriculture. Permanent Vendors All permanent vendors have to be on the premises by 6 A.M., if you are going to be late and you have not notified us (text message to Jay 724 802 0847) your space will not be held. If you are not able to make your reservation cancel as early as possible by texting Jay. Your permanent vendor status will only be maintained if you sell at least 2/3 of the time during a month, except for reasons of illness, inclement weather etc. The Perryopolis Flea Market Management reserves the right to change your reserved space at any time. All Vendors All vendors are solely responsible for obtaining all necessary licenses, permits etc. You are also solely responsible for collection and payment of any taxes. Do not leave unsold or disfuntional merchandise, boxes or cartons on the premises. You are responsible for leaving your assigned area(s) free of all trash and any debris. Any Failure will result in a $25.00 clean up fee. All walkways and drive lanes must be kept clear for emergency vehicles and/or personnel. All procedures, rules and regulations are subject to change at the discretion of the Perryopolis Flea Market Management at any time for any reason. The Perryopolis Flea Market Management reserves the right to refuse or reject any vendor or customer solely at their discretion. The Flea Market is open to the public from 7:00 A.M. to 1:00 P.M. We ask you to stay open till 1 P.M. and remove all items and vehicles no later than 3:00 P.M. The Perryopolis Flea Market is not responsible for any lost, stolen, damaged or misplaced items. All vendors are solely reponsible for securing their property. All vendor spaces are approximately 15 by 30 feet at a cost of $30.00. Internet access and electricity is available at some spaces. There is an additional fee of $10.00 for electricity. Sorry but no rain checks issued for inclement weather. All fees must be paid in cash. NOT PERMITTEDSale, swap or show of any explosives, firearms, ammunition, flammables, BB guns, tactical knives, brass knuckles, switch blades, arrows with hunting points, combs with knives in them and any prohibitive or offensive weapon as defined by PA State Laws are prohibited on the flea market proberty; Sale, swap or show of alcoholic beverages, obscene or pornographic material, any live animals or pets; Sale, swap or show of all knock offs, stolen items or counterfeit products.Sale, swap or show of drugs or tabocco products.
